Problems with after sales service

Beware from where you buy your e-cigarette and check on recomendations regarding after sales sevice. I recently purchased a mini e-cigarette from e-cigarette-mart.com and it was great, for a week, then the atomiser stopped working. I have sent sent several emails to the addresses specified in their webpage to find out how to get a replacement and have had absolutely no response. So now I am left with a uselesss e-cigarette and have started smoking tobacco again while I wait for a new one - ordered from another company - to arrive. Anyone else had problems.
