SHIPPING

We ship your items the day after receiving your payment during business days/hours if the items are in stock. We ship all free shipping items as registered post. We send by Hongkong registered postal package, unfortunately no tracking numbers are available. Shipping cost is calculated automatically, please inform us if the automatic calculation should seem incorrect.

Please ONLY contact us for shipments if you shipment has not arrived within 20 days, we are unable to answer any questions about your shipment as soon as it is in the hands of the Postal services. We have no tracking numbers available and have no means of tracking your shipments of  free shipping items which are sent by normal letter post. We are not liable for the safe arrival of letter post shipments for the free shipping items(such as cartridges or spare parts).

*We count our Business Day as Monday to Friday. The Post Office closes at 16 P.M.

**Note: Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax, if any. Please verify with your customs before making purchases.

***Shipping cost for some European countries and ALL countries outside Europe is 3 USD by registered post.
