9. Is the Ruyan warranteed?

Ruyan China or America, through its distributors and retailers, offers an unconditional 12 month replacement warranty. If, during your first 12 months of ownership, the product fails or becomes defective through normal use and through exclusive use with other Ruyan products, specifically Ruyan cartridges, the product will be replaced.

The Ruyan Vegas E-cigar is disposable and there is no warranty beyond the initial guarantee.
